You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Working out of MN office would be preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business / technical requirements and prepare the detailed functional and technical specifications that follow product guidelines
• Work with Developers and Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure full understanding of requirements and design
• Act as the liaison between Business, Developers and project management groups
• Lead and mentor other Product Analysts
• Work with all levels of the business, ensuring IT deliverables align with business requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience conducting and facilitating requirements gathering in a technical setting and performing business systems analysis or equivalent business process analysis
• 4+ years of decomposing business requirements into features and user stories; and writing technical documentation to support solution delivery including business process improvement and workflow diagrams, business process and system integration models, and technical specifications
• 2+ years of experience working in Agile / SCRUM environment
• Experience conducting analysis for systems integration programs or data analysis

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
