Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
In this role, you will be responsible for customer adoption of the Government Community Cloud (GCC) environment. You will develop the product strategy, manage its execution, and maintain the product roadmap for the environment. It will require you to understand the customer’s needs and work across ServiceNow to ensure that they are met. This role is highly collaborative, working actively with Solutions Consulting, other Business Units, other functions, and our ecosystem of partners who complement our products and build vertical solutions on top of the ServiceNow platform.
Own the Product
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for the GCC environment
- Define and prioritize product requirements together with design and engineering
Execute
- Establish and maintain relationships with the other BUs to evaluate and manage cross-BU dependencies and roadmaps
- Actively engage key stakeholders on inputs for product strategy and roadmaps, get buy-in, manage communications, expectations and dependencies
- Define what success means for each feature. Develop ways to constantly define and monitor success.
Understand the Customer
- Analyze user jobs/needs and product gaps related to US Federal customers
- Work with go-to-market and consulting teams to support product adoption and learn from customer feedback
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 5-8+ years B2B/B2C Product Management experience (some years in public sector/government)
- Experience working with the US Federal government, US Citizenship, and located within the United States.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: self-starter, able to navigate high degree of uncertainty and risk
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills and stakeholders’ management
- Customer focus: deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building strong customer relationships
- Facilitative Leadership Skills: can use marketing, product, and business knowledge to inform decisions and communicate effectively with and influence internal and external parties
- Technically Savvy: experience working with developers and designers to craft delightful customer experiences

- iPaaS, aPaaS, hpaPaaS, IaaS, SaaS

A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
