Role Description

DXC's ServiceNow Strategic Business Group (SBG) organization sells technical and service functions to serve DXC's diverse client base across a broad range of operational sectors. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can be an agile modeler able to deliver incremental value and iterative deliverables that are purpose-fit for the evolving needs of our team. The SBG is looking for a highly driven individual to work with the Innovation & Automation (I&A) Platform X team to manage strategic initiatives and key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time
• Organize and plan project tasks and schedules
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants
• Stay aware of SBG and I&A goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities
• Facilitate and encourage collaboration across teams and other DXC departments to ensure projects are completed successfully
• Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise
• Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and budgeting
• Work with proposal teams to develop cost estimates and project plans
• Create presentations and reports to communicate project status
• Keep the project team focused on the end goal
• Ensures that I&A department milestones and goals are met, adhering to the approved fiscal year budget

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
