This Customer Engineering role is unique in the industry – we need "Solution Architects" who can play an outbound Product Management role.

 

As a Senior Product Manager at UiPath, you will work with enterprise customers, sales teams, and partners to conceive, design, and help build solutions. You are comfortable having conversations at different levels: with a business leader about how technology can enable reaching their goals, with architects about realizing a fully automated enterprise orchestrating cross-company IT assets, and with RPA Developers about best practices in workflow development.

 

In this role, you will represent Product Managers to ensure that the capability and value of the product/feature is fully realized to our customers for maximum impact. The role requires you to possess strong hands-on expertise with technology and skills in selling, communicating and relationship nurturing. To excel in this role, you will also need exceptional cross-group collaboration, critical thinking, and a strategic mindset. As a thought leader, you should have a deep understanding of the strategies and offering of key competitors in the RPA space.

 

You will need to build PoCs and help resolve technical challenges to get the automation projects on the path to success. In doing so, you will also represent customer requirements that are not met through the product back to the product team while working with customers on creating workarounds to address product gaps.

 


Here's what you'll be doing at UiPath:

  • Help key customer engagements with understanding and documenting customer scenarios, collaborating with Product Management and Customer Success teams to architect enterprise-grade solutions, create guidelines, suggest best practices or workarounds and build PoCs to ensure successful product adoption
  • Represent UiPath R&D in complex deals and architecture reviews by providing technical consultation
  • Build customer references through value realization, delivered expertise and personal relationships with the execution sponsors for automation initiatives
  • Manage technical dependencies and drive project to success
  • This is an individual contributor who wouldn’t own the product roadmap and its features but plays an influential role
  • Provide feedback on feature/technical nuances to Product Managers
  • Contribute to community and marketing activities

Here is what you'll bring to the team:

  • 8+ years of experience with enterprise IT and RPA focusing on business applications
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise architecture including APIs, webhooks, queues, component-based architectures, cloud and ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Advanced hands-on experience with RPA solution development using UiPath or other leading RPA providers would be a huge bonus
  • Recent experience in one or more of AI, BPM, Cloud, Security, or programming would be an added advantage
  • Technical sales experience working with UiPath/RPA tools or enterprise software, especially building compelling demos for business/technical audiences
  • Strong execution-orientation, project management skills, and ability to work on multiple concurrent customer initiatives
  • Experience thriving in a fluid and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and executive level referrals
  • Proven experience building strong internal relationships
  • Degree in Computer Science and Engineering, MBA is a bonus
  • UiPath Certified Professionals (UCP) preferred
