Job Description
As a Senior Product Owner, you will define and prioritize user stories within an agile team's backlog to streamline execution and quality of product development within the Product Enablement Services space. Some of your responsibilities will include creating and prioritizing features and users' stories for product development; developing story and feature acceptance criteria; review and accept backlog items as ready; performing functional testing, including user acceptance and exploratory testing; and evaluating risks and perform hazard analysis for development activities. You will also have the opportunity to design conceptual sketches and wireframes, and, with some guidance, apply appropriate user-interface patterns and accessibility principles to our single pane of glass marketplace. You may also be expected to track product functionality and performance, as required by regulatory standards, to ensure it meets needs; facilitate key agile ceremonies, such as sprint review; and manage ongoing communications between business and scrum teams.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications

  • At least 8 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
    • 2 year product design, product testing,
    • 6 years higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, Health Care, or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • 2 years of work experience with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies
  • 1 year solution design and/or solution testing work

Expectations

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report and compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
