We're looking for a versatile Senior Product Manager who would focus on delivering the ultimate renter experience across all of our properties. Zumper is a product and a design-led company that believes in the power of bringing simplicity and efficiency to the renting process.
What you'll do

  • Work closely with our VP of Product, CGO, and CTO to ensure we're developing a streamlined digital renter experience.
  • Create strategic plans, goals, and initiatives for our consumer experience which integrate into our various property categories (landlord, brokerage, and multifamily).
  • Work with the design/engineering/product teams to develop and launch products with efficiency.
  • Define and complete user testing and research to get inside our renter's heads to get our product closer to the ideal renting process.
  • Develop market and competitive expertise to advise internal development priorities
  • Work with sales, marketing, services, and customer success to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction targets are achieved
  • Experience redefining product strategy into well-articulated business requirements, as well as using qualitative and quantitative data effectively to inform product direction and prioritization.


What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of product management experience in consumer apps (ideally marketplaces)
  • Defining and understanding conversion funnels, retention, A/B testing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Developing products, technologies, and platforms with significant user traction
  • Demonstrated success defining and shipping amazing products in an iterative manner, with a hands-on willingness to go above and beyond from an execution perspective.
  • Analytical Approach - Able to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and can communicate effectively to influence teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members and experts to achieve results.
  • You are passionate about building phenomenal experiences and advocating for the user while understanding the complexity of building and delivering high-quality consumer applications in a fast-paced, interactive and demanding environment.
  • An undergraduate degree in a technical domain from a top university is preferred.
  • Passion to tackle the stressful process of finding a new home.
