Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to craft, communicate and justify solution roadmap across the corporate portfolio. Leveraging your analytical skills, you will analyze solution needs and define scope requirements to ensure it meets market needs, including best practice workflows, scope of capabilities and visual design. Additional responsibilities include collaborating to set priorities for development efforts based on alignment with business goals, strategic direction, voice-of-the customer feedback, timelines and client commitments; collaborating with marketing and other stakeholders to generate client-facing collateral to drive sales and increase brand equity; and demonstrating current and emerging solution features and functionally for internal and external stakeholders. Through your strong interpersonal skills, you will work with IP and support to respond to client escalations, incidents and outages; and network and research to increase understanding and current competitive landscape, regulatory and accrediting guidelines, health care industry and market opportunity.
Working Environment

Hybrid or Remote

This position offers a Hybrid or Remote working environment. Meaning if you live within a metro area of a Cerner office, you will split working time between a Cerner office and remote. If you are not within a metro area of a Cerner office, you can live and work in your current geographical location and work primarily remote. #LI-Hybrid #Remote

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
    • At least 2 years of product management, product design, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other HCIT solution work experience
    • At least 6 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP - Project Management Professional certification
Expectations
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
