  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including the ability to exert influence across cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment without formal authority.
  • Ability to synthesize and communicate complex information in simple terminology. Experience communicating complex information between business/client-facing teams and technical teams.
  • History of collaborating with technical teams to solve ambiguous business problems.
  • Ability to influence effectively at all levels of the organization by tailoring communication to any given stakeholder group as needed.
  • Ability to clearly and concisely capture business requirements and specifications in a manner that can be interpreted by technical teams.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and a demonstrated history of using data and insights to guide product decisions.
