As our Senior Product Manager, you will own Doxel Insights. Success requires a deep empathy for users from Fortune 500 VPs to construction superintendents. You will be laser-focused on delivering value to users quickly. Simultaneously, you’ll set the vision for today’s data science and machine learning initiatives to deliver value to users tomorrow. You thrive on cross-functional collaboration with intellectual honesty and are excited to partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and the rest of our amazing product management and design team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company by driving a customer-focused, agile, and energetic approach to product management.
• Measure your success, defining operational metrics for each of your responsibilities.
• Bias toward speed, quality, and making data-backed decisions. 
• Lead by example, exude positivity, and mentor other product managers.
• Partner on user research, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Design, and Product Marketing to learn what the customer wants and needs.
• Own the Insights roadmap, deciding what we will build based on customer needs, strategic company goals, market and technical trends, and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of shipping enterprise web applications.
• Exceptional customer-facing written and verbal communication and presentation.
• Excellent management skills, particularly the ability to handle multiple priorities, stakeholders and workstreams.
• Experience working in startups, exhibiting an entrepreneurial spirit, and defining new experiences from scratch.
• Experience managing SaaS applications with data visualizations and executive dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with construction or real estate industry
• Experience building enterprise software for Fortune 500 customers
• Experience building products that leverage machine learning and/or data science.
