Senior Product Managers are expected to be experts in their product domain and viewed as such internally at ClickUp. As a Senior Product Manager, you are expected to prioritize and manage products with minimal guidance from leadership or other product team members.

What you will be doing:
In addition to the responsibilities of the Product Manager, we expect the following from a Senior PM:
- Collaborate on vision:Â Drive the product in the right direction
- Manage stakeholder expectations:Â Passionate about defining the future of ClickUp to users
- Solve ambiguous problems:Â Innovate within your product area by proposing ambitious features
- Competitive Analysis:Â Thorough understanding of the competitive market landscape, how the product fits in, and how it will impact ClickUp's product roadmap
- Project Management:Â You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical or operational constraints.
- Product Lifecycle Management:Â Manage the product lifecycle end to end, from discovery of new user needs and beta testing new features through to driving retention and sunsetting features.
- ROI Analysis: Document ROI or impact for an action, feature, or prioritization decision and identify opportunities for improvement following those results.
- Mentorship:Â Mentor less experienced Product Managers

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of direct product experience.
- Experience with analytics and data-driven decisions especially A/B testing product changes.
- Proven track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product vision and roadmap.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills that are decisive, action-oriented, and able to motivate and inspire others.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Experience with creating onboarding flows.
- A complete understanding of the product.
- Prototyping features, flows, and ideas.
