We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager for our Product team to help drive our mission to transform the way humans learn, work, and collaborate. 

As a Senior Product Manager, you will contribute to the program vision, continuously improving product quality and value, while managing those strategic goals into actionable tasks. Senior Product Managers must possess a broad base of skills to manage product deliverables through each stage of the development process from design and prototype through deployment and maintenance. 

In This Role You Will:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutions
• Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps
• Act as the voice of the customer and work with other functions to understand user personas, pain points, and journeys
• Provide insights into product, technology and market trends
• Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
• Design, monitor and report on product KPIs
• Develop business case and operating plans
• Release planning and management which involves mapping out the overall release, resource allocation, resource efficiency and influence of the product release process
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure backlog (tickets and Epics) contain the necessary detail to ensure efficient prioritization, coding, testing, and client validation
• Lead requirement and backlog management and Sprint Review sessions
• Lead product market fit for a new product
• Be a champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible
• Manage vendors/partners and assist in SOW creations
• Assist in the development of new business proposals 
• Assist in the development of materials to communicate progress to partners and clients

What We Look For in a Candidate:

• Bachelor’s (BA/BS) Degree in business, computer science, or related field
• Minimum 6+ experience as a Product Manager
• Working knowledge of agile development methodologies
• Experience launching multiple digital products
• An ability to think strategically and creatively
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition
• The ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) as well as storytelling skills
• Prior experience working in a technology environment preferred
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence is a plus
