As we build and scale our company, we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who will:

  • Lead market research efforts, developing and presenting business cases for compelling new strategic add on products and features to the Viz Platform
  • Collaborate with physician leaders, administrative leaders and industry (3rd Parties) to discover and validate market challenges / unmet needs that when solved, will provide significant business value to a variety of stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Viz UX/UI, Marketing, and Clinical teams to design and develop commercially viable solutions for the market
  • Work with Technical Product Managers and our engineering team to create detailed product requirements
  • Collaborate with the Viz Commercial team to develop, implement and execute new product launches in the product portfolio including effective product positioning focusing on unmet customer needs
  • Maintain and grow revenue market share of existing product in portfolio
  • Analyze product usage statistics to hypothesize and design solutions that will improve overall product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Partner with the other product managers, clinical and user experience teams to ensure a cohesive platform experience supporting a multitude of products and workflows

Requirements:

  • B.Sc/ BA - a must, MBA - an advantage
  • 5+ years working as a SaaS Product Manager focusing on product strategy 
  • Experience in rapid growth start-up environment - big advantage
  • Strong Interpersonal skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Experience with Healthcare B2B partner ecosystems (Integrations, Channel Partnerships, etc.) designing collaborative solutions preferred
  • Experience with clinical workflows - big advantage
  • Experience with healthcare communication solutions - big advantage  
  • Experience with healthcare scheduling platforms - big advantage 
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams and external business partners

What success looks like:

  • Within 2-3 months, you will be an expert on the market that your solutions will serve
  • Based on your research, you will own and present the strategic direction for your product(s)
  • You will bring products to market ensuring these products solve real customer challenges / meet needs
  • Users will fall in love with your product - and will not want to go without
  • Your product will achieve revenue goals, growing year of year in capability and revenue
  • You will be the go-to person at Viz for any information regarding your product
