The Role
We are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our growing team! In this role you will be responsible for our patient engagement experience, developing and improving how we engage our patients using frameworks such as cognitive behavior therapy. You will merge attention to user behavior, metrics, and the ability to understand and align business imperatives while delivering on patient insights and inputs directly into the product development process. Day-to-day responsibilities will span the entire product management lifecycle, requiring deep interaction with design, clinical, patients, partners, and engineering.
What You’ll Do
- Product ownership of Lark’s patient engagement features and be the go-to person for these features from all stakeholders
- Leverage behavioral science methodologies to better understand and support our patients to adhere to their care plan and make the necessarily lifestyle changes to lead healthier lives
- Establish metrics, objectives, and requirements for measurement and improvement of those features to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements
- Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of market and partner needs
- Uncover and understand partner and patient needs and translate them into requirements
- Understand, research, and follow market trends in the industry and assess emerging products to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products
- Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance and facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation
- Translate product’s strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development and coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, and engineering teams
What You’ll Need
- Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, quality assurance, and operations; to ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations
- Proven track record of successful product management from idea generation to launch in a small fast paced technology delivery company
- Ability to be creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems
- Experience working directly with developers to define technical requirements for the product and working with designers to design and iterate on products
- Ability to communicate effectively work seamlessly with a cross-functional team
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Interpersonal skills with a keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
- 8-10 years of product management experience
- Understand the dynamics of working in a start-up
Working at Lark
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States. For Colorado Applicants only: the minimum annual salary is $148,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
