Senior Product Manager
System1’s lead generation products help consumers make informed buying decisions. We create experiences with the goal of educating consumers and connecting them to leading brands and products that meet their needs. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive the product strategy and execution of our suite of lead generation products.
In this role you will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering all of the important touch points in between. You will work hand-in-hand with our awesome engineering, product, data, design, analytics, marketing, and business teams (just to name a few!) to deliver products that drive growth. You will provide leadership across cross-functional teams to accomplish complex goals. You will build and foster strong relationships across the company to innovate and support the further growth and success of products internally and externally. You will be data driven and solution focused whilst prioritizing collaboration and a team first mentality because together we can do anything.
The Role You Will Have
- Develop and manage a product roadmap that drives growth and meets prioritized business objectives
- Lead new product development initiatives though competitive and user research, business case development, scoping, and all phases of the product development lifecycle
- Lead cross-functional teams to define detailed product specifications, establish milestones, and manage the development, implementation, and evolution of features
- Develop a deep understanding of your different users (both internal and external) to build and evolve products that meet their needs
- Grow different products to support the business - consoles, end user sites, and tooling
- Be a subject matter expert in the lead generation space to identify new growth opportunities
- Research, troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions to increasingly complex business or technical problems
- Work hand in hand with engineering to develop innovative technical architecture
- Be rooted in data. Develop and monitor KPIs as well as deep dives to drive product and business objectives
- Manage the backlog, coordinate and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, release notes, and demos
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Analytical and data-driven decision making. Experienced in leveraging data to gather user and product insights: SQL, Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics (or other data visualization tools)
- Ability to translate user needs into actionable solutions
- Great attention to detail, delivering production ready features with high standards
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Lead generation and or ad tech experience a strong plus
- Strong technical acumen with technical background preferred
