Outreach is transforming how companies engage with their customers. As Product Manager for our Workflow Execution team you will define the end-to-end vision, strategy, and roadmap for delivering a simplified and scalable sales engagement experience to improve sales outcomes for our users. 


As a Product Manager for Workflow Execution you will be tasked with aiding our customer’s sales teams in delivering results by streamlining sales workflows and optimizing seller activities. Key objectives include: 


Provide sellers with a modernized way to organize daily sales activities and optimize seller activities through business insights. 

Develop a platform that enables standardization and automation of sales activity execution to help companies scale.

Deliver best in class task execution tools that make sales reps 10 times more effective.

Develop easy to use tools to simplify sales workflows and reduce the need for data entry within the CRM.

Your Daily Adventures

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for delivering a simplified and scalable workflow execution experience for our end customers. 
  • Develop insights to be operationalized within workflows that have the greatest probability of driving outcomes.
  • Partner with engineering to build and maintain a roadmap around our workflow execution experience feature set. 
  • Lead product discovery and roadmap sessions with key prospects and customers.
  • Drive a plan to migrate features to our new client framework. 
  • Partner with other product teams to drive cross organizational initiatives.
  • Partner with product marketing to develop enablement and positioning collateral to share the work with the world.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience building great products, including responsibilities driving prioritization, trade-offs, and timelines
  • High intellectual horse-power, deeply analytical, high EQ, curious, process oriented. Knows the art (user love) and science (metrics based growth) of product management
  • Strong user empathy and data intuition; have built products (features) that users love 
  • Strong people skills; can hype up a team rally behind a common product mission
  • Ability to define long-term business strategy, and drive impact on short-term product goals
  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, and strong motivation to tackle their problems
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers
  • Strong skills around cross-functional collaboration, influence, and communication
  • Strong analytical abilities and prior experience with building business cases, data analysis, and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Built, managed and maintained a product line in a related GTM motion in B2B/SaaS application stack
