As the Senior Product Manager, RingCentral Phone for apps, you will be responsible for delivering major new features of RingCentral voice roadmap and its strategic partner offerings.

You will be responsible for delivering a delightful and seamless user experience while having a keen understanding of the platform services for RingCentral Voice. You will work side-by-side with a dedicated engineering team, designers, user researchers, marketers, and sales reps to build and deliver products that people and companies love.

You’ll define technical requirements and experience for features and products. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design other Product Managers on feature definition, development, and delivery. You’ll work with cross-functional teams on product go-to-market and awareness. You’ll define product success metrics and track success of features and products.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of enterprise-grade business communication, conferencing and collaboration software products and usability best practices. You are intensely curious about user and customer behavior. You understand that great products balance simplicity and robust features to solve real world problems. You also enjoy tapping the left side of the brain and quantifying your decisions by analyzing data and setting up proper measurement and reporting for each feature launched.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science/IT Engineering or related fields

  • 5 + years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or consumer software delivered via cloud

  • Experience in communication apps, conferencing or collaboration software products

  • Deeply understand customer needs through quantitative and qualitative market research (e.g., 4C, SWOT analysis, etc.)

  • Develop deep understandings of the market and competitive environment that contribute to a compelling product strategy

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog by making smart, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment

  • Conduct user research, create prototype designs and validate your POC with stakeholders and pilot customers

  • Create use cases, user stories, and detailed product specifications that clearly articulate desired product functionalities

  • Interface with cross-functional teams - Product Engineering, UX/UI, Core-Technology, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Business Development - to build and deliver your roadmap items

  • Own the end-to-end product management cycle from Concept to Market Introduction, and lifecycle management

  • Develop appropriate metrics and tracking of product initiatives and ensure reporting to stakeholders

  • Evangelize product for sales and customers, passionately represent the voice of the customer to internal teams

  • Experience with ios, android apps a plus

Outside of holiday festivities, the biggest program is RingCentral Spirit Week in October. Events are planned for everyday of the week and include interactive webinars, global relay runs, philanthropic giving as well as plain ol' fashion fun.
