Position Summary...
What you'll do...
This position is a Senior Product Manager role within the Network32 (Sam's Innovation) team. This is not your typical product role with a 12-month roadmap and easy success tracking metrics. We are looking for someone who is motivated by innovation, always asking the question, "what's next?" If this is you, join us in powering the future of Retail.
You'll have the opportunity to...

  • Own innovation for Sam's Club, designing the future of retail with technology that has the potential to scale in the next 3-5+ years.
  • Partner with teams across the organization to foster innovation. You'll have resources to assist you with experimentation, design thinking, POC building, innovation education, and more. Turning the question "What if we could..." into a scalable solution.
  • Help build a culture that celebrates innovation. You'll do this by hosting events like innovation jams, hackathons, speakers' series, and by providing educational opportunities across the organization.

You'll make an impact by:
As a Product Manager in Network32 you will own an area of innovation and run experiments and build POCs within that area. While our team has dedicated engineering and UX, you'll also spin up tiger teams of contractors, work with startups, partner with large tech companies and everything in between to learn as much as we can as quickly as we can to ensure Sam's is not just a part of the future of Retail but is driving it.
We are an ever evolving team but some of our current key focus areas are:

  • Web 3
  • Metaverse
  • Frictionless shopping
  • Robotics
  • Future service offerings

While our team members are experienced within Sam's and their fields, our team itself is new. If you are the type that wants to help shape how a team will operate and be a founding member of something that will grow to reshape innovation at one of the world's largest companies, this is the place for you!
