WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Privacy Product Team is looking for a Senior Product Manager who will help lead the creation, improvement and growth of Nike's digital privacy capabilities. You will define and implement the product vision and strategy, be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple products, and deliver outstanding privacy experiences based on a proven understanding of consumer needs, standard methodologies and insights.

The Senior Product Manager will work with a cross-functional team to define, prioritize and deliver products, features and capabilities that help consumers control their personal data and understand how it is used within Nike's apps, websites, and Retail ecosystem.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role, you will be responsible for new privacy features as well as product discovery and execution for new permissions. You will craft product narratives, gather requirements from sometimes conflicting partners, test and design copy and UI/UX concepts, and develop/maintain/update dashboards for product key performance indicator's.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The Senior Product Manager will partner with stakeholders across multiple functions to develop a cohesive product strategy, roadmap and ensure successful business outcomes. You will interact daily with product managers, development teams, designers, researchers and data scientists. In addition, you will work very closely with analysts from Privacy, Legal, and Security in order to develop privacy features in line with the current privacy landscape, global policies and laws.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our Legal and Privacy partners to translate laws and regulations into consumer experiences and detailed product requirements. Leading through influence, this person will partner with executives - including Nike's Chief Privacy Officer - to articulate ideas and convert them into requirements and impactful work for development teams.

WHAT YOU BRING
Leadership: Understand and drive the strategy direction for privacy-related experiences and capabilities across the ecosystem while developing a product roadmap with the Privacy Director of Product in partnership with other Nike business partners.

Product Prowess: Ability to develop product features based on business goals, privacy strategy, engineering feasibility and in-depth analysis. Effectively define priorities, set clear and measurable objectives and deploy team resources appropriately to achieve business goals.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management; mobile or web product experience required
  • Previous consumer privacy and/or consumer data experience strongly desired
  • Exceptional data analytics skills
  • Clear, concise, confident and persuasive communication style that compels to action
  • Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical abilities, and attention to detail
  • Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on industry trends


Open to remote work, except cannot work in South Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia. These candidates will be required to relocate.

For employees based in Colorado, this position starts at $140,000 per year. Information about benefits can be found here .
