We are on a multi-year journey to build a new set of pet parent and veterinarian facing services, delivered via our Practice Hub platform, that make it easier to keep pets of all shapes and sizes leading healthy, happy lives.

As part of this mission, Chewy Health is currently seeking an experienced individual to fill our Senior Product Manager role within our Healthcare Services team, to sit in our Dania Beach, FL location.  This team and individual are focused on building innovative SaaS solutions that will make Chewy a preferred partner to Veterinarian practices of all sizes -  from large, multi-clinic groups down to independently owned and operated clinics.  This individual will will own the product and experience for our our vet-facing services including building in-clinic tools and software that make it easier for vets to write and manage pet prescriptions, make it easier for pet-parents to purchase vet-recommended food and medicine to keep their pets healthy, and and optimizing the vet and pet parent CX to improve key operational and customer inputs.  Additionally, this leader will help shape and building the next generation of services we offer to vets and pet parents, including identifying and sizing opportunities, defining the product and service strategy, defining the business model and associated investment case, and working with key partner teams across the product development cycle to bring these ideas to market. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Owning development and communicating the long-term vision and goals that drive strategies for a our vet-facing products and services
  • Setting product strategy, define user experiences, prioritizing features, building consensus, and coordinating feature releases and internal/external communications
  • Guiding cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and analysts while playing a key role in organizing and communicating their work across the organization
  • Communicating product strategy and status to key stakeholders across Chewy; developing intake processes for feature enhancement suggestions

What You'll Need:

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or similar discipline
  • 5+ years of Product management experience in an engineering or business capacity, ideally in a B2B/SaaS or eCommerce marketplace business
  • A history of owning, developing, and communicating long-term vision and goals that drive strategies for a portfolio of products
  • Owning the test-and-learn roadmap to inform the product portfolio
  • Working in a culture of experimentation, learning, and innovation in order to solve user needs within the domain
  • Experience owning the strategy, solution approach, roadmap, operational processes & the process improvements within product 
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
  • Position may require travel

Bonus:

  • Experience with launching new technology products/services to veterinary clinics OR medical practices
  • Strong understanding of the overall pet care industry and recent trends
  • In depth experience and understanding of the veterinary profession in the US; DVM degree is a strong plus
