Summary
We are hiring a Product Owner of our Digital Wallet and Payment Solutions team.
What You'll Do
Summary
The Senior Product Manager Role develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and live operations. This position will focus on Digital Wallet and Cashless gaming solutions. The position serves as the central resource with design, engineering, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line. Management roles include training and mentoring employees; planning, assigning, delegating and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and resolving employee issues.
What You'll Do

  • You will Manage investigations into the app portfolio performance trends and develop associated action plans.
  • You Proactively identify opportunities and risks to the product based on KPI trends, and develop execution plans.
  • You will manage business requirements, design, performance expectations and goals with all stakeholder teams for all assigned projects.
  • You will partner with management to define strategy and build road maps for the projects you own.
  • You will understand and apply your experience of land based and digital casino patrons to all projects you are working on.
  • You have a thorough understanding of Casino slot machines, B2B Social Casino applications, B2C Social Casino applications, as well as concierge style applications for the hospitality industry.
  • You will use and evaluate analytics and data to drive product decisions during development and during live operations.
  • You will help setup AB (Split) tests on the project (s).
  • You share feature results, experiment learnings, and product performance with key stakeholders.
  • You leverage our analytics platform to investigate and explain KPI trends, then report findings to the product team and management.
  • You will proactively communicate with a geographically diversified team.
  • As the primary point of contact for world-wide stakeholders of programs that you run, you will be responsible for the overall coordination, solution design and evangelizing the platform features .
  • Increase engagement by improving customer communications across Email, push notifications, and in game CRM messaging.
  • You will create lifecycle campaigns for launch and adjust post launch based on data analysis.
  • Establish deep understanding of platform and technology in product area to create scalable & flexible solutions.
  • You will coordinate live product changes with marketing colleagues to maximize the effectiveness of paid spend, new portfolio releases, events, and promotions.
  • You will evaluate notable competitors and share key insights / learnings to our team and key Customers.
  • You constantly seek improvement opportunities in our day-to-day workflows


This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager in social gaming, concierge style app development, real money app development, or other app development and live operations.
  • Experience with Digital Wallets, Cashless Gaming, and Wallet to POS integration.
  • Experience implementing and managing initiatives driven by personalization, customer segmentation, engagement based on the LTV of a brick and mortar casino player.
  • Ability to define product roadmap and drive to execution
  • Experience in Fintech mixed with App technologies a huge plus!
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly driven, is self-motivated, target orientated.
  • Has a flexible approach, thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
  • Highly organized and plans and prioritizes work effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree with major coursework in a computer science related field.
  • Expert Excel and Powerpoint skills.
  • Strong understanding of statistical significance in datasets.
  • Agile/Scrum software development experience is a plus.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships and communicate effectively with Developers, QA, Analysts, Marketing, and Project Management
  • Ability to present to C-Level audiences online or in person strong affinity for understanding target audience needs and buyer priorities.
