As our Sr. Product Manager for Operations and Releases, you will be responsible for driving repeatability and consistency in the release process. You will leverage knowledge of SDLC and engineering operations expertise for enterprises to set a process and partner with the product and the engineering teams to design a release management process.

Responsibilities

• Drive a repeatable release process and other operational efficiencies with Product and Engineering teams. 
• Drive QA and acceptance criteria for feature releases against product roadmap execution with engineering, design and marketing to deliver and launch the enterprise features.
• Develop and deliver localization strategy for People.ai product to expand to new geos. 
• Manage tooling and vendors used by the Product/Engineering team

Requirements

• Proven ability to identify problems and/or bottlenecks in everyday processes and procedures and suggest improvements. 
• Strong technical aptitude with experience with experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong organizational and analysis skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle and process requests and information from various stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify complex process and operational workflows for both product and engineering teams.
• Excellent communicator (written and verbal) and ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams. 
• At least 7-10 years of experience in product/engineering teams.
