Our Product team is committed to building and executing a product vision that moves Karat's purpose, mission, and business forward, and further establishes the Interviewing Cloud.
What you will do
As a Senior Product Manager, Assessments at Karat, you will be responsible for redefining the technical interview to create an experience that is predictive, fair, and enjoyable for candidates around the world. In this role, you will:

• Define the product vision and roadmap for Karat's technical interviews, with a focus on building delightful candidate experiences that showcase their unique skills.
• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to define product KPIsidentify key opportunities and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Deeply understand and empathize with our users, their challenges, and how we can deliver an experience they will ask for by name
• Work with our psychometrician and our content development team ensure that we are delivering high quality interviews to our customers
• Anticipate delivery risks, lead prioritization and trade-offs between schedule, performance, and cost as-needed and measure outcomes
• Work closely with content engineering, design, research, software engineering, and data science to build human-centered, scalable solutions while driving operational excellence

The experience you will bring

• 5+ years of product management experience on a SaaS, B2B, with certification, education delivery, or assessment management at scale
• Deep understanding of assessment needs and trends in the marketplace, including the latest assessment principles and best practices, and adapting product strategy and methods accordingly while sharing best practices across the organization for delivering high-quality interviews
• Experience ideating, developing, and launching software products in collaboration with technical teams
• Ability to achieve clarity and drive focus in complex domain expert communication skills, including the ability to persuade and inspire, a knack for breaking down complex technical concepts, and a proactive attitude towards knowledge sharing
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for digging through piles of data to unlock new insights

This is a full time, salaried position. Immigration sponsorship is not available.
Karat is a remote company with employees throughout the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. For this position, we are only considering individuals based in the United States.
