Work with cross-functional GTM teams to execute successful software releases: support, operations, communication, & sales enablement.
Identify and assess new integration opportunities in the business app ecosystem
Conduct interviews, surveys, and other studies to understand customer behavior and needs.
Communicate both strategic vision and tactical plans to key team members
Collaborate with engineering team to deliver features in partner segment
Able to communicate effectively with engineering technically and translate business requirements into solution specifications.
Working knowledge of system integration using REST APIs
Highly empathetic with users, customers, co-workers, and partners
5-10 years of product management experience in relevant markets
Experiencing bringing successful integration products to market, especially in the CRM such as Salesforce, Helpdesk, and Back-office categories
Demonstrated success in evangelizing integration capabilities to internal teams and external entities (customers, analysts & press)
Software development background, especially in Cloud applications
KPI-driven mentality that focuses on delivering measurable success.
Talent for taking input from various partners and distilling measurable plans.
Ability to thrive in a startup environment. We want candidates with that entrepreneurial spark!
Wicked smart and have a strong bias for action and results
Knowledge of cloud voice, video, and messaging communication products
Experience In contact center space
User-focused problem solver with ability to translate user feedback and usage data into requirements
Excellent written and presentation abilities
Capable of taking complex issues and making them simple for customers and partners to understand
Track record of leading the entire product life cycle
