Senior Product Manager, Identity & Verification

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Identity & Verification to own the development and delivery identity and verification features, like ID verification and Photo Verification. These features should make it easy for users to feel confident that the users they see on Tinder are real and authentic.
This role sits on our Trust & Safety team and reports to the Director of Product, Trust & Safety. You will be collaborating with our Trust & Safety team to develop identity features that reduce prevalence of bad actors and deter behavior against our community guidelines. You will also partner with designers and engineers to build, test, and launch beautiful and intuitive user experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the Tinder Identity strategy and roadmap.
- Own the prioritization, design, and delivery of user-facing features and backend systems that will help users establish, verify, manage and secure their Tinder identity.
- Synthesize and balance security, privacy, and usability to craft seamless identity management experiences.
- Gather and evaluate customer research and data analysis.
- Build wireframes, product requirements, and other illustrations to convey feature ideas and gather feedback.
- Implement metrics to measure the success of program features, analyze results, and use this analysis to advise further iteration.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience.
- Prior working experience with web, Android, and iOS platforms.
- Ability to think strategically and craft a compelling product vision.
- Experience with Product Specifications and wireframing.
- Experience working on a full-cycle product roadmap from inception to launch.
- Conviction to be an advocate for the Tinder user’s safetyBackground in Trust & Safety preferred, but not required.
