About the role: 

The Senior Product Manager, Health Products will provide day-to-day support of the product management efforts. They will work closely with product, sales, service, and engineering teams to ensure priorities are commonly understood, and all work is aligned to product and strategic priorities. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Curate the Agile Backlog 
    • Provide engineering with product priorities within / across sprints 
    • Define engineering epics and coordinate deliverables among teams to ensure organization success 
    • Collaborate with engineering in backlog refinement to ensure deliverables are well understood 
  • Product Development Operations 
    • Gather, organize and document product ideas & bugs from customers and internal staff 
    • Conduct market and domain research to produce data-informed agile roadmaps which align with organizational strategy and marketing opportunities 
    • Translate product needs into technical requirements and user stories 
    • Manage projects & team meetings to determine and communicate product priorities and work with engineering to identify and mitigate project or release risks 
    • With the help of resourced teams, keep cross-functional projects on task and in scope 
  • Manage Releases 
    • Manage entire release schedule from planning through deployment 
    • With help from engineering, develop a release cadence to optimize client value while minimizing disruption 
    • Coordinating with Engineering, Client Service, Marketing and Sales to ensure release artifacts are useful and fit for purpose 
  • Manage Product Priorities and Project Plan for all Health Products 
    • Coordinate between Clients, Partners, Sales, Engineering and Marketing 
    • Manage deliverables and timelines for product portfolio to ensure scalability 

Requirements:  

  • 5+ years Product Management, certification preferred 
  • 3+ years Project Management, certification preferred 
  • Agile methodology experience preferred 
  • SAAS experience preferred 
  • Health insurance experience helpful 
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders  
  • High attention to detail and ability to stay organized with multiple responsibilities
