The Senior Growth Product Manager will be responsible for the growth of Udacity’s student base and subscriptions, including acquisition, activation, and renewal. Their goal will be step-change growth through product, packaging, and pricing innovation. This role will design and lead large cross-functional global product pricing and packaging launches, as well as improve the ongoing iterative testing process for the conversion funnel. The candidate will drive Growth Product strategy and roadmaps based on in-depth research and analytics insights. 

They will focus primarily on understanding the gaps Udacity can serve for the current student market segments, identify product opportunities to capture new market segments, and ship product innovations to further learner acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Develop growth strategies, including packaging and pricing
  • Running cross-company major promo, feature, or product launches
  • Write product specifications, test, launch, and GTM plans
  • Data analysis in partnership with the data team to investigate issues or research product decisions
  • Lead cross-team planning to execute larger product initiatives
  • Run series of market validation tactics, including market research studies, customer research, behavior data research, prototyping, painted door tests, pilots, and a/b tests
  • Redesign growth team

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in product management with a proven record of successfully launching products or platforms
  • Direct-to-consumer business product experience
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing strategic decisions at the company level
