Showcasing excellence and innovation at every stage, Product Management is responsible for the cross- functional management of products or solutions through their entire lifecycle. Using a wealth of technical and industry experience, we work across functional areas to implement our products or solutions. We undertake thorough analysis of the markets to ensure we maximize profitability and adjust our product strategies to respond to competition. Our role also involves acting as subject matter experts for internal and external product events or partner meetings.

Role Responsibilities

If you are excited about being on the cutting edge of Security, working with some of the top talent in the industry, we are looking for a Product Manager, reporting to the Director of Product Management. You'll help steer the development of the product, disrupt the Security Analytics and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) markets, and help protect human evolution in the process.

You will:

  • Engage with customers to understand the top problems they experience related to reporting and situational awareness.
  • Collaborate with UX Design and Technical Leads to establish a strategy for delivering a customer-delighting alert management experience leveraging Threat Intelligence & contextual entity relationships.
  • Establish and maintain a roadmap to execute, and effectively communicate to stakeholders
  • Work directly with a team of developers to establish, maintain, and deliver a backlog of features that aligns to the roadmap

Minimum Requirements

  • Credible with security analysts, engineers, and software developers
  • Minimum 3 years of Product Management or Product Owner experience
  • You have experience working in an agile development environment
  • A strong communicator across disciplines - Engineering, Security, Sales, Customers, Executives
  • Able to deliver the vision of the next generation of XDR and Security Analytics Platforms
  • Create engaging material that helps users understand the product and drive interest
  • Technical - Able to understand, decompose and articulate difficult technological concepts to different stakeholder groups
  • Able to display the equivalent of 3 years of experience working with a SaaS product which heavily leverages complex search principles
  • BS/BA in computer science or equivalent


Preferred Skills

  • You have experience working in the cyber security field
  • You have an understanding of the competitive landscape of the XDR space
  • You have experience with Threat Intelligence and contextual entity relationship.
  • You can express complex issues in simple terms
  • You have experience in security products which heavily leverage Threat Intelligence and contextual entity relationships, such as other security analytics platforms, SIEM solutions, etc.
  • You have a CISSP or equivalent
  • You have Pragmatic Marketing certification
