As a Senior Product Manager you will focus on improving developer productivity at Zoom. You will own the infrastructure, processes, and tooling that empowers our developers to rapidly deliver high quality services and experiences to our customers at massive and growing scale. In this role, you’ll work closely with our developer community, customers, and internal product development teams to understand their use cases and guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead large, cross-functional groups of people to take our developer portal, tools, SDKs, documentation, and sandbox to the best in class.

• Define, standardize, and optimize various workflows and tooling to drive developer adoption

• Prioritize and design features for a variety of Zoom developer personas, from non-technical Zoom users to Zoom power-users to developers

• Drive execution against plan, anticipating risk, and leading discussion via frequent, clear communication, both internally and with partners.

• Manage the design, development, integration and release of product features used by developers. Ensure ongoing reliability, performance, and scalability.

• Work closely with developer relations & developer marketing to launch new features and drive product awareness and adoption

• Advocate on behalf of the broader developer community

• Be familiar with day to day feature management tools like Jira, Asana, Confluence.

• Troubleshoot 3rd party applications 

Ideal candidates will have: 

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager working on technical products, especially APIs and developer platforms. 

• Experience building developer platforms, developer portals, and ecosystems that have gained loyalty with developers.

• Deeply technical experience with REST and GQL APIs, SDKs, and developer productivity tools

• Knowledge of authentication protocols such as basic and digest authentication, SAML, LDAP, and OAuth.

• Demonstrated empathy for key developer pain points, and a track record of leadership in building products for developers

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for precise articulations of product strategy and customer problems

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

Nice to have:

• Masters or Advanced degree in Computer Science 

• 3+ years Engineering experience

• High level understanding of compliance and security for Enterprise products

• Experience with low-code/no-code solutions a plus
