Who you are:
You're a product professional with a passion for taking end-to-end ownership of tasks. You have superior communication skills and are an independent thinker who can work effectively with cross-functional teams solving complex problems.
You're no stranger to a fast-paced, agile environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm. You know how to work backwards from business goals to develop and maintain multiple roadmaps and prioritize value-driven opportunity backlogs that contribute to your success metrics and the company's overall mission.
You're able to articulate customer needs, champion a vision and work with cross-functional development teams to bring that vision to the organization and broader market. You can't wait to bring your product skills to a mission-driven tech startup.
What You'll Do:

  • Define and execute Core Experience strategy and roadmap
  • Lead planning and execution rituals as product owner for multiple engineering teams
  • Gather inputs across a myriad of stakeholders to lead product discovery and definition of core platform initiatives
  • Dissect complex technical problems and identify paths to deliver value to customers
  • Become an expert on customers and advocate for their needs
  • Employ customer research to help drive product priorities
  • Define metrics and assess feedback around product performance, and leverage that data to inform prioritization of platform roadmap opportunities
  • Evangelize platform vision for internal stakeholders, building consensus on priorities and direction


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in product management with full ownership of running engineering teams and leading projects that advance the overall corporate vision
  • Strong product sense and deep understanding of what makes products effective, with a proven track record of delivering products or programs that make a strong business impact
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up with new teams and projects; a good understanding of project management principles is critical
  • Technical understanding of frontend and backend development, databases, APIs
  • Ability to prioritize and articulate difficult tradeoffs
  • Self-motivation and an ability to handle multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Additional experience preferred but not required in corporate security, government agencies or risk management vendors
