Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive Content Strategy
    • Plan, oversee and manage Relay’s overall content strategy that drives high engagement for our clients
    • Assist with the discovery, design, and build content enhancements aligned to Outcomes for Relay’s clients
    • Own and identify industry specific subject matter experts, influencers, analysts, etc. to build a network of partners to create value generating content for Relay’s Experience Library
    • Capture customer requirements and help team members understand the business and customers better to ensure goals and priorities are easily identified
  • Conduct Market and User Research
    • Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative market and user research to identify unmet needs and discover new opportunities for Relay’s content strategy
    • Review and analyze new/existing verticals and markets that Relay operates in to help get to definition and guide content initiatives, at both strategic and a tactical level
    • Identify and gain a deep understanding of challenges, friction points and opportunities to enhance and improve customer experiences
    • Work with clients, industry SMEs, internal stakeholders, etc. to capture the granular details for industry HVEs
    • Use Relay’s solution to create POCs to convert identified content into experiences that can be tested internally and externally.
  • Sales & Marketing Enablement
    • Create recurring communication and training content
    • Create content for digital marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
  • Conduct Analysis and Capture Artifacts
    • Create recurring communicating and training content
    • Create content for digital marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
    • Analyze complex domain concepts
    • Present concepts with clarity and purpose
    • Capture artifacts in an accessible format that is easily understood by all audiences, both technical and non-technical

Relevant Experience

  • 5-7 years' experience as a product manager, product owner, UX researcher, or business analyst on a commercial B2B or B2C software product team in an agile environment
  • Proven experience and ability to showcase natural knack of enjoying content creation and writing
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services and/or Healthcare business domain, finances, revenue/cost centers, usage patterns, regulatory concerns, competitors, and market cycles, are a nice to have
  • Familiarity with lean product design and agile development methods. Build > Measure > Learn mentality
  • Experience with driving requirements and story-writing across agile sprints
  • Strong communicator with the ability to write clear, easy-to-understand stories and actionable acceptance criteria
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools, issue tracking tool (AHA!, JIRA, Confluence)
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills in a commercial B2B/B2C software development environment
