We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Collaboration to join Procore’s Collaboration division. In this role, you’ll be working to develop products that shape the future of collaboration in the construction industry. Initially, you will be focused on owning a new messaging product and taking it from late Pilot stage into Beta, and then GA, focusing on features to drive adoption and growth. If you are excited about launching and growing early stage products, come join us at Procore to be part of a team that is building transformative products for the construction industry.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the roadmap, prioritization, and execution for Procore’s in-app messaging solution, with a focus on new user activation and growth

  • Partner directly with existing construction customers to understand use case, pain points, and ‘quick wins’ to drive near, and long term adoption and value

  • Create compelling demos and partner with our go-to-market teams to position the product and support revenue impact across Procore

  • Become well-versed in the construction industry and its diverse challenges to guide and communicate the value you’re creating for customers

  • Balance customer empathy with horizontal solution thinking by identifying platform approaches that solve multiple problems at once

  • Effectively use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to help inform the decision-making process

  • Collaborate with teams across Procore to build solutions that support multiple use cases and workflows across the Procore platform

What we’re looking for:

  • B.A. or B.S. plus MBA preferred

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience building and delivering successful B2B and/or SaaS products at companies of scale, 2 - 3 years of experience working with products related to messaging or collaboration products

  • Experience working with engineering and design teams and agile process to deliver platform services and end-user experiences

  • Passion for customer success and developing a deep understanding of end-user problems as well as competitive and market trends in the construction and collaboration space

  • Strong product management skills defining user stories, structured requirements and specifications, and managing success metrics

  • Ability to work collaboratively across the organization with other product teams and stakeholders to collect feedback and influence
