About the Team

The Product Management Team at Stitch Fix is focused on driving client growth and engagement by defining and expanding into new business opportunities and creating delightful client experiences. Stitch Fix has a client-centric culture and we represent the voice of the client to enable all our cross-functional partners to solve current and future client needs.

About the Role 

We are looking for strategic product managers to join our team as we take Stitch Fix’s client journey to new frontiers expanding and evolving our personalized Direct Shopping and Stylist-supported experiences.

This role is a good fit for someone who is adept at navigating ambiguity and can drive business impact from day 1. This person is responsible for leading the product vision and roadmap for their respective focus area – examples include: driving engaging style inspiration initiatives, compelling new client sign ups that build confidence in our service, empowering clients to discover and shop items they love, launching new Stylist-supported shopping channels (and more). They will identify key user problems and develop client experiences for products and features. 

To succeed in this role, this person must have a strong product management background, technical fluency, product design experience, deep customer empathy, good product instincts, and an analytical mindset to deliver innovative and impactful solutions.

  • Lead end to end product development for key areas of opportunity on the roadmap and take full ownership of metrics and results.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client through research, data analytics and experimentation for all lines of business; Enhance the culture of data-driven decision making.
  • Through effective communication and influence, secure cross-functional and leadership alignment on the product vision and roadmap.
  • Define and analyze key success metrics for the business; Execute several A/B tests in close partnership with algorithm teams.
  • Deliver value to clients and the business through successful management and execution of the product roadmap. Ensure the team is consistently focused on the highest-impact priorities, particularly when faced with new information and learnings.

We’re excited about you because...

  • You have at least 6 years of product management experience in a consumer-facing role in a high-growth tech company 
  • You have experience in taking new products and/or businesses from zero to one
  • You have strong product design experience delivering complex customer-facing features that drive tangible business value
  • You have demonstrated experience in transforming the complex into simple, meaningful, and strategic product milestones  
  • You have sound business judgement and can easily communicate a business case for a new opportunity
  • You are extremely data driven and have extensive experience with A/B testing and collaborating closely with data science partners
  • You have demonstrated technical fluency and a track record of partnering with engineering teams to build extensible and flexible systems. 
  • You drive influence and alignment across cross functional partners while spearheading projects 
  • You have a strong sense of ownership, can roll up your sleeves and drive end to end product development for innovative customer experiences
  • You are adept at ruthless prioritization in the face of competing priorities
  • You have a bias for action and are able to execute flawlessly
