You’ll join our Digital Client Experience team with a set of Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers focused on creating a world class homebuying, home selling, and moving experiences. Our team builds products that delights customers as well as drives impact for our business. In partnership with key stakeholders across the company including our marketing, support, sales, and internal teams, you’ll lead our product investments that guides a customer through the process of working with Flyhomes. You’ll partner closely with Market Managers to ensure our journeys are relevant and localized for customers in each of our markets. 

Through research, customer interviews, and data analysis you’ll build deep user empathy to inform your product roadmap and feature specs. You’ll invent new features, refresh old ones, and cut those that don’t meet the bar. You’ll have a deep understanding of the Flyhomes business and develop strategies to drive both customer value and business value. You obsess with quality and are responsible for ensuring we deliver it in every single release. As a Senior Product Manager, Client Experiences, you’ll set a vision for how our clients will sell homes with Flyhomes.  You’ll partner closely with our business and program teams to craft both online and in-person experiences that guide and support our customers on their journey. Your work will help streamline the overall process for our customers, making it faster, simpler, and more delightful to work with Flyhomes.  

What You Will Do:

  • Deeply understand our customers needs and motivations and be the voice of the customer in every conversation.
  • Gather and analyze feedback, reviews, ratings, and research to derive insights.
  • Work with business and technology leaders to develop a product strategy for your space and a roadmap to execute on that strategy.
  • Define product requirements. Partner closely with design and engineering to craft features that solve real customer problems in a way that impresses and delights.
  • Define, drive, and develop reports for KPIs to determine the health and success of your product area.
  • Operationalize and scale processes and associated technology products to support our aggressive growth targets.
  • Evaluate a buy vs. build approach and drive agreement amongst stakeholders for identified product solutions
  • Strong execution focus, continuously delivering value while prioritizing the next set of investments.
  • Design and deliver reporting to leadership on product performance.

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Proven track record of getting things done and done well with lots of examples of projects you’ve shipped and their impact
  • Amazing written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong operational focus, with a good understanding of how online and offline processes and policies combine to drive impact
  • Deep user empathy
  • Technical or real estate background a plus

This role is remote and can be located in any state where we are operating. We are currently operating in WA, OR, CO, CA, IL, UT, NC, MD, FL, AZ, NY, TX, NV, NJ, MN, PN, KY, VA, ID, SC with more to come! 

At Flyhomes, we use compensation ranges based on US geographic locations which are grouped into 4 tiers.  To determine the compensation difference by tiers, we use a pre-determined differential based on external market data.  The salary band shown in this posting is the broadband that includes the hiring range for all tiers for the job posted.  A job offer will be based on the salary band for a candidate’s specific geographic location at time of hire and commensurate with experience. 
Salary band:  $117,600~$176,000
