Position Summary
Gopuff is seeking an experienced product management practitioner to own, evolve, and innovate its measurement and attribution capabilities as part of our larger Advertising Platform and application ecosystem. As a Senior Product Manager - Ad Measurement & Attribution, you will shape our technology strategy and roadmap to drive powerful growth and experience for Gopuff vendor partners, and create leverage for Gopuff and its partners alike. As part of the team, you will own core measurement and attribution capabilities that support the following product offerings: paid product placement, sponsored search, programmatic in-app marketing, sponsored brand partnerships, and consumer insights services. In addition, you will collaborate with other functions to launch new product lines and create innovative solutions for digital advertising and consumer insights at scale.
Senior Product Managers at Gopuff serve as the agile product owner for one or more scrum teams. In addition to leading your cross-functional teams to meet roadmap objectives, Senior PM’s are expected to take on high-visibility projects that influence business objectives throughout the company. You will become a domain expert and proactively drive innovation in areas of ownership. Success of this role is measured by positive business outcomes delivered for our brand partners as measured by return on ad spend (ROAS) and average revenue per user (ARPU) while being mindful of core business KPIs like daily purchase conversion rate, average order value, product margin and customer order frequency / return rates.
We have hubs in Philadelphia, Seattle, San Francisco, NYC, LA, Austin, Boston, and Chicago, and are location-agnostic for this role.
Responsibilities
- Lead the customer discovery, solutioning, and implementation for core measurement and attribution capabilities of our ad platform in support of Gopuff Marketing Solutions, Gopuff’s high-growth media business
- Communicate and collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, business development, sales, and other key constituents within the company to ensure that the product offerings address customer requirements and market dynamics.
- Set aggressive yet realistic and practical goals for the team with clear objectives regarding measurement, results, and accountability of actions.
- Help drive the vision for Gopuff Marketing Solutions products
- Help define and execute the growth strategy for Gopuff Marketing Solutions over the near, mid, and long term future, establishing opportunities for launching into new markets domestically and across the globe.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations to pursue in future products.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management with a focus on building world class digital consumer products
- Customer-obsessed with a passion for transforming customer needs into an actionable product vision
- Excellent organizational skills, analytic capabilities, and attention to detail
- In tune with emerging technology and consumer trends, with a knack for seeing around corners
- Demonstrated ability to create an environment that fosters data-driven experimentation at high velocity
- Has a technically relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Zero-to-one product marketing experience, launching a new consumer product
- Knowledge of the retail, and/or e-commerce ecosystem
