We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to help build the next generation of advertising at Spotify. Our advertising platform currently supports a multi-hundred million dollar advertising business, and you will work to build personalized, engaging and performant ad formats and experiences. You will help innovate and develop outstanding video, audio or native display formats to deliver outstanding value for our listeners and our advertisers. Your work will help Spotify deliver an excellent Free listener experience and performant promotional products for our advertisers.

What you'll do

  • Own the holistic video ad strategy for the Spotify Ads Business that complements and bolsters our Audio first strategy!
  • Build new mobile ad formats and experiences (video, audio, and/or display), as well as across other devices, such as desktop, web, and connected devices
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, product insights and business partners.
  • Enhance and maintain existing ad formats
  • Collaborate with business and R&D partners as well as, other product teams to identify and drive opportunities for improved revenue and user experience

Who you are

  • Experience building consumer-facing products and mobile ad formats at a major publisher or advertising tech company
  • Built advertising products or have expertise in the ad tech domain
  • You care deeply about the user experience and have extensive knowledge in design principles, U/X, quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Bonus points if you have built video advertising products or expertise in the video ad tech domain
  • You can synthesize a strategy, build a product roadmap, and are dedicated at executing to achieve your business goals
  • You are comfortable facilitating planning and decision-making across several teams, including partners, and know how to encourage and empower teams to get things done.
  • You have sound business judgment as well as ability to analyze qualitatively, quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize.
  • You have strong written and oral communications skills, and can clearly communicate to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
  • You have experience with data driven product development and knowledge of agile methodologies
  • You have a computer science, engineering or technical background
