Callibrity is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is remote based but must work on U.S. Eastern or Central Time working hours. Strongly prefer candidates in Midwestern and Eastern / Southeastern U.S. cities. Will not consider non-US based candidates.

As a Callibrity Senior Product Consultant, you are passionate about helping our clients build products that their customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the client's product vision and strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Can help define a vision for the product
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Understand and represent user's and client's needs
  • Translate the product strategy into requirements and prototypes by collaborating with UX/UI
  • Partner with the client to create a product roadmap, product features and capabilities
  • Proactively recognize and suggest improvements that are built to bring value to the client
  • Be a partner to the client to vet and validate ideas 
  • Work closely with the Product/Agile/Scrum teams to help define the work, priorities, dependencies, backlog, and potential risk 
  • Assist in helping to resolve and communicate to the business as necessary
  • Creating a shared understanding across larger teams to empower independent decision making.
  • Ability to provide mentorship and coaching to other Product Consultants
  • Proven ability to launch a Product to Market
  • Support the team in achieving their goals and forecasts as they solve challenging problems using industry best practices and emerging technology
  • Foster self-organization
  • Support the creation of an environment where individuals and teams  can succeed
  • Influence cultural change and ensure we are challenging the status quo, if needed, by promoting continuous improvement

Requirements and valuable attributes:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or Product Leadership role in a tech-driven or tech-enabled company
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle (B2B, B2C, B2B2C, etc)
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Skilled at leading effectively cross functional teams
  • Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle in its various forms, especially in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence: Team Player, Team Builder, Coach, Collaborator
  • Four-year degree or combination of relevant experience
  • Interest and enthusiasm for learning and growing in your career

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship
