As a Sr. Product Analyst you will identify and analyze the customer journey for the ParkMobile web and mobile experiences and be responsible for maximizing their efficiency. You will deeply understand our consumers: who they are, what they need, and how to improve ParkMobile products & experiences to meet those needs.

You will work closely with Design, Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams to measure and optimize our customer journeys and conversion paths across customer segments, increase the quality of our consumer data, and drive consumer engagement and satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of ParkMobile’s consumer needs, motivators, and pain points
  • Manage implementations and configurations across the product analytics and experimentation tool set
  • Develop a holistic analytics approach for our entire consumer experience and journeys, and provide top level performance reporting on a periodic basis
  • Partner with the product team to develop KPIs for our consumer experience, monitor performance against those KPIs, build and provide regular performance reports
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to address unexpected KPI changes, evaluate hypotheses or anticipate business outcomes and unintended consequences of product changes
  • Partner with Marketing to identify and execute opportunities to drive top-of-funnel conversion into the consumer apps across our various consumer segments
  • Identify opportunities across various consumer segments and journeys to increase adoption, conversion, engagement, and retention, and partner with the product team to prioritize those opportunities
  • Contribute to business cases for new features & capabilities using data and analysis
  • Partner across teams to define, prioritize and test hypotheses using both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering to design and launch ongoing experiments, and use findings to build recommendations in an Agile environment
  • Partner with the product design team to develop designs and interaction flows that meet usability and accessibility standards and best practices, and are optimized to meet business and consumer objectives
  • Evaluate our current product analytics platform and implementation and make recommendations to improve the quality of our data and insights
  • Identify new technologies and pilot as needed
  • Design, execute, and analyze consumer surveys to inform product direction

What we’re looking for:

  • Undergraduate degree in Design, CS, Analytics, or similar field
  • 5+ years experience in quantitative product analytics with a focus on SaaS or ecommerce
  • Proficient with:
    • Quantitative and qualitative data analysis
    • Product Analytics (MixPanel a must)
    • Data visualization tools (eg. Looker, Tableau)
    • A/B testing (eg. Optimizely, Google Optimize, CrazyEgg, LaunchDarkly)
    • Quantitative user feedback (eg. SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, Hotjar, CrazyEgg)
    • User Experience design, visual design, usability, and accessibility standards, best practices, and tools
  • Familiar with HTML, CSS, JS
  • Understanding of B2B2C ecommerce journeys, conversion funnels, and optimization strategies
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to turn data into meaningful business and product insights
  • Experience working with Product and Engineering teams within an Agile environment
  • Proven track record of quickly delivering measurable results and taking meaningful action based on those results within a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on continuous improvement and the courage to scrap, redefine, and start over (including launching, measuring, learning, improving and repeating)
  • Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across departments at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written skills to tell the right story at the right moment of the customer journey
  • Experience in product led growth or growth experimentation is a plus
