As the Senior Product Analyst, you'll support our initiatives to innovate beyond feature enhancements. You'll partner with interesting internal and external resources to create an exciting and impactful user experience and make huge bottom-line impacts at an industry leading company. You'll have the opportunity to have a major impact to the bottom line of an industry leading logistics company, while working with some of the latest technologies like Python, NoSQL databases, and Google Cloud Platform. This role is at the nexus of business leaders, designers, and engineering, bringing it all together to deliver disruptive technologies that drive business success.

What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Generate business value through building pricing products that utilize machine learning to improve XPO financial performance
  • Work alongside data scientists to discover optimization opportunities and work with operations teams to operationalize and test them
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity, translate their needs to requirements, and work with a SCRUM team to bring a product to life through the product lifecycle
  • Engage and sell the vision of the product to stakeholders of every level of the organization
  • Lead strategic discussions and ideation sessions with business leaders to innovate beyond feature enhancements
  • Take full ownership of the carrier pricing product segment, understanding and monitoring return on investment, adoption, and technical performance
  • Understand and stay up to date on complex product architecture including NoSQL, distributed computing, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and a business rule engine


What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 2 years of experience in business systems analysis and/or UX design


It'd be great if you also have:

  • MBA, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Supply Chain or related field
  • Proven experience driving innovation, new technology and partnerships with cutting-edge software/hardware/application providers
  • 2 years of experience working in an analytical role with proven ability to dig into the details
  • 2 years of experience in pricing or revenue management in an eCommerce, travel & leisure, or transportation industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
  • Consistent research skills with the ability to prioritize workload and deliver results
