The Account Management team is responsible for enrolling customers that sign up for protection plans and ensuring proper data is shared with our partners. The Senior Product Manager for Account Management is responsible for supporting the launch of client projects and initiatives onto our claims management systems and for supporting existing clients already in production. Key areas of responsibility will include partnering with other teams to determine impacts, document findings, writing requirement, active communication, monitoring current processes for deviations or anomalies, identifying areas of improvement, and project management. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for providing the team direction and priority on work based off company objectives, as well as writing technical requirements, participating in technical solutioning, and seeing projects through to their completion. Knowledge of file transfer processes and APIs are preferred. The Senior Product Manager must be able to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be the Account Management Product team lead for new feature launches. Participate in discovery, solutioning and implementation. Partner with multiple teams and stakeholders during a project and own communication across all channels.
  • Understand current capabilities and how to launch new projects in the most efficient manner. Be able to identify risks early in projects and recommend alternatives. Comfortable pushing back to make sure the ideal solution is implemented to insure long term team success versus a quick launch.
  • Communicate across the organization to key technology and business stakeholders such as development teams, client services, finance, etc
  • Proactively identify initiatives for our existing and new clients, make recommendations based on current and industry best practices
  • Manage prioritization and the team backlog, communicate any changes or conflicts with key stakeholders
  • Managing the life cycle of the product, from intake to delivery and ongoing production support and maintenance.
  • Ensure production issues reach resolution and key stakeholders are notified
  • Lead the team by using weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboard on product operational performance on key OKR's, KPI's and client SLA's and identify opportunities for metrics and monitoring
  • Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills to interface with all other functions at both a managerial level and front-line level.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred in relevant field (product, marketing, business, finance, etc)
  • 2 years' experience in product management/development, entrepreneurship, research, strategy, or other business- related field.
  • Ability to drive and appropriately prioritize competing objectives in often ambiguous circumstances, managing them to their completion
  • Durable collaboration and cross functional partnership skills; ability to influence internal colleagues from all business functions
  • Interest in technical processes, high attention to detail, strong analytical, and technical documentation skills
  • Level headed approach to critical production issues or peak delivery periods
  • Ability to present complex results and requirements to senior levels, both to clients and internally
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, written, and presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • SQL/PL SQL, database skills a plus
  • Experience with AWS tools preferred
  • Potential for travel, very unlikely to exceed 5% of time
