What you'll be doing:

Internal Communications and Coordination: 

  • Drive the planning and execution of releases from concept to GA. Lead a delivery team of Product Managers, Engineering, Design, QA, Product Marketing/Go-to-Market and other functional teams to deliver throughout all the release phases. 
  • Establish and own critical communications strategy within the org and external customer stakeholders. 
  • Maintain a world-class Voice of Customer program, working closely with Product, Engineering, and user-facing teams (support, sales, account management, etc). Build efficient mechanisms for collecting user needs from the field, manage the synthesis of user needs across teams, and ensure we close the loop with user facing teams.
  • Cultivate close relationships with, and gain the trust of stakeholders across Product & Engineering senior leaders, as well as the Sales, Customer Experience & Advocacy, and Go to Market organizations in order to closely align business objectives and work effectively together. 

Operations Management: 

  • Develop and maintain a scalable solution to Annual and Quarterly planning, including training & support, facilitating planning offsites, & cross-functional readouts.
  • Partner with Go-to-Market teams to evolve the new product introduction process.
  • Promote operational excellence: identify and execute opportunities to optimize our organizational systems and processes
  • Act as Product Owner of internal tools utilized by the R&D team.

Special Operational Initiatives and Projects: 

  • Lead or participate in key cross-functional initiatives, working closely with stakeholders within and outside of R&D organization
  • Integrating new teams into the Seismic’s R&D processes


What you bring to the team: 

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in product operations and program management.
  • Deep experience and expertise in an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Be the authority on the software delivery life cycle processes and champion standard methodologies, metrics and high-quality standards with your delivery team.
  • Communicate with management, developers, product managers, product owners and support specialists on product issues; improve inter-team communications
  • Create alignment through the development and release process, working closing with engineering and DevOps
  • Solid understanding of and can demonstrate experience using agile project management tools, including, but not limited to Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Google Sheet, Powerpoint, Google Slides
