The Position

Senior Manager, Product Operations

Your Area of Focus

  • Product Team Efficiency and Effectiveness
    • Drive, Coordinate, and Streamline Product Team Processes
    • Develop, maintain and rollout best practices
    • Lead and evolve the Product team Onboarding experience
    • Create and manage Team Development Program
    • Maintain templates, guidelines, references, and resources for product managers and drive standardization
    • Lead Product team and Product/Tech weekly sync agendas
  • Company Product Release Readiness
    • Lead Monthly Release Readiness activities
    • Partner with stakeholders to iterate on process improvements
  • Organize and structure Product Planning Process
    • Coordinate and drive Quarterly and Annual Planning Process
    • Define content and templates and set expectations on roles/responsibilities of those involved 
  • Refine and Improve Product Feedback Loop
    • Manage the customer feedback lifecycle
    • Make the right data easily available and integrate into Product Team Processes
    • Partner across the company on Community Initiative

 

Your Professional Qualifications

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in product development focused on software applications
  • Proven track record within product development at a successful B2B SaaS / Cloud software business
  • Comfortable with Product development process, agile methodology, and the challenges and opportunities around execution
  • Prior Product Operations experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success in influencing a variety of stakeholders, building strong cross-functional relationships, and building operational processes and cadence
  • Ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at senior and junior levels including working with Sales, Client Services, Marketing, User Experience, Engineering 
  • Collaborative partner that takes initiative, is a solid key decision maker, but is flexible in solution creation
  • Process improvement oriented, naturally organized, and comfortable with constant learning and iteration
