JOB DESCRIPTION: Position is based in Charlotte, NC, some teleworking may be permitted. Travel to Lowe's offices may be required.

Lead the overall vision, strategy, roadmap and prioritization for improving Search & Browse results on, Lowes Mobile Applications, and internal associate facing systems. Develop seamless customer experiences. Drive key improvements and make it easy to find the most relevant products for Lowe's customers. Develop detailed business cases, establish key performance indicators for Relevancy through business intelligence tools, leveraging Data Science algorithms and predictive analytics to measure, monitor and ensure that the team is continuously improving these metrics. Defend business cases to senior executives and lead business reviews to ensure that the team prioritizes the right work, delivering the most customer value is the fastest time possible. Form a clear roadmap for the product. Motivate the team to accomplish defined goals. Partner with teams across the company to deliver new experiences for their customers. Serve as the voice of the customer, understanding the customer's needs and communicate those to the team to create roadmap for Search & Browse relevancy (algorithms and Data Science models), and in general improving the relevancy of products / services / content discovered across Lowe's digital properties. Develop data driven strategies by analyzing large complex data sets on customer shopping behavior, financial and business impact data. Gain insights, forecast and identify opportunities which will define a winning business strategy and roadmap to deliver search features to Lowe's customers. Solve complex business problems. Discuss tradeoffs, new opportunities and lead Data Science and Engineering teams to ensure requirements are implemented effectively and at scale to create unparalleled customer experience for millions of customers. Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, identify patterns, categorization and modelling techniques to develop statistical approaches to back up hypotheses for opportunities and solution proposals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field and 7 years of experience in digital/e-commerce product and/or experience management.

Must have prior experience in:

- 5 years of experience in:
- Building Search & Browse products for showing the most relevant products to customers when they search or browse website - leveraging technologies including Natural Language Understanding (NLU/NLP), Machine Learned Ranking/Learn-To-Rank, Apache SOLR, Elastic, Knowledge Graph, Statistical Analysis, Data Science Models, A/B Testing, BigQuery, Big Data, SQL, Predictive modelling, and decision analytics; and
- Strategy and delivery experience in executing world-class digital products and/or experiences.
- 4 years of experience in translating business strategy into specific product features.
- 3 years of experience with delivery of business results, experience in an agile software environment.
- 2 years of experience in:
- Leading products using Conversational (Voice) and Vision AI technologies to lead effort on
- building Voice and Vision/Image search capabilities on and Mobile App; and
- Leading the digital product roadmap.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership.
- Experience translating data into action.
- Prior leadership with a top 25 omni-channel retailer.
- Financial experience.
