The opportunity

Unity Technologies is looking for a Senior Manager with excellent organizational alignment skills and a strong execution focus to lead a program management team at Unity Operate Solutions.

Unity Operations Solutions empowers creators to transform their real-time 3D (RT3D) content from concept stage into successful running applications and business. We provide complete, full-stack solutions for development, online gaming services, user acquisition, player engagement, and monetization.

In this role, you as a team leader will partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration, transparency, and accountability, and to ensure successful development of the broad portfolio of Operate Solutions products and services from inception to launch and live operation.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborating closely with management and internal partners to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives that align with organizational goals
• Coordinating internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule and defined budgets
• Analyzing and regularly reporting on project progress and, when vital, working with partners to adapt scope, timelines, and costs to achieve maximum benefit
• Assigning roles and tasks to your dedicated team, based on individual strengths and abilities
• Build the skills of individual team members and collect and share overall findings for the company

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent
• Proven experience in a technology-related management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
• Outstanding planning, facilitation, dependency management, risk analysis & leadership skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional and cross-org leadership teams
• Experience in running product operations, product management, or support teams that work closely with product, engineering, and marketing

You might also have

• Project Management Programming (PMP) Certification
• Experience in high growth software companies, or management consulting
• Passion for Games and a proven understanding of the industry eco-system
