How you will help

• Lead our Identity Resolution roadmap by evolving, improving, executing and evangelizing our market leading SaaS solution in identity, privacy, governance and exchange (IPGE) known as Census

• Drive full product life cycle, from creation to commercialization, translating market needs into impactful business proposals into meaningful product requirements and successful launch

• Drive new use cases and new markets, and applications for our de-identification/resolution technologies for our customers and partners in our diverse data ecosystem

• Build out the next generation of Census capabilities for privacy enhancing technology

• Bring your healthcare and software product experience to our growing product team


What you will do

• Lead the development, growth and launch of Identity resolving solutions for existing and new use cases and customers

• Act as product evangelist both internally and externally

• Drive long term product vision, strategy, roadmap and goals 

• Understand and anticipate customer needs to drive product definition and positioning

• Create and communicate product strategies, value proposition and future to all levels of the organization

• Manage and prioritize a product backlog and work closely with product owners, development, privacy, integrations, customer success, sales and support to deliver great products

• Engage directly and regularly with customers to gain in-depth understanding of their business processes and product needs

• Perform competitive analysis and market research to guide product planning

• Balance the priorities of short-term deliverables with long-term vision

• Work closely with Product Marketing, Marketing and Sales to support creation of customer driven messaging, sales enablement tools and thought leadership materials to execute the go-to market strategy

Desired skills and experience

• 3+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated success in product definition activities for SaaS software, UX and end user applications 

• Experience in healthcare/healthcare technology, Master Patient Index (MPI) and or Master Data Management (MDM) desired

• Ability as a product leader to craft a compelling vision and gain buy-in from stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to take a product through finding product/market fit to scale or as a leader who grew a new product in a larger business; validated willingness to push the perceived limits and think bigBoth rally and drive teams and effectively operate within a rapidly growing organization

• Demonstrated ability to drive execution in complex environments

• Demonstrated fit with HealthVerity’s culture and values

• Demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers

• Excellent financial modeling skills, for both cost and revenue

• Self-starter with high levels of initiative, commitment and energy who can galvanize the team to follow
