We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management to join our team to lead exciting new product, platform and data opportunities and drive cross-functional execution.
To be successful in the role, you will bring analytical and creative problem solving to identify what features and capabilities to prioritize to drive business and customer objectives. You are a fast learner who can quickly become an expert in the fintech and the financial health space. You are collaborative, results-focused and a self-starter, and you have demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects in partnership with tech, design and analysts.
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional team of design, tech, analysts and others to identify, prioritize, and launch new features that drive customer and business outcomes
- Understand user needs and advocate relentlessly for the customer
- Build a shared team vision and buy-in on priorities through written and verbal communication
- Advance CreditWise's strategic and competitive position and deliver products recognized as best in the industry
- Develop a product strategy and roadmap that solves customer needs and business objectives spanning multiple product teams
- Go deep on customer and product data to analyze and improve the performance of new product features
- As a product owner, you own the roadmap and priorities for a tech team and are accountable for the outcomes of that team

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of product management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- MBA or Master's degree
- 7+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
