• Performs activities to support market opportunities for Information Technology products
• Gathers data on customer needs to identify product opportunities
• Assists with business cases
• Writes business and functional requirements for product improvements based on customer requests
• Gathers materials for product demonstrations
• Gathers data related to financial targets
• Supports metric development and application to support quality in delivery and sustainment
• Operates using Agile methodologies (Scrum / SAFe®), both independently and as a team

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Experience working with Information Systems and Technology
• Experience developing and delivering customer requirements
• Experience operating in an Agile environment (Scrum / SAFe®), both independently and as a team

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience as a Scrum Master, Product Manager, or Project Manager
• Experience with Data Fluency and management, including Business Analytics & Intelligence and/or SQL
• Hands-on experience managing the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) through end-user deployment
