Highlights:
As a Senior Enterprise Product Manager, you focus on researching unrecognized sources and analyzing data from disparate origins to capture technology product insights. You propel the growth of the Enterprise Mobility product suite by researching enterprise market trends. You develop the product roadmap and manage the delivery of innovative products and solutions in partnership with the Product Development team. You excel at using PowerPoint and Excel to provide accurate, creative and professional project deliverables, such as performance analytics, product status, business cases and process improvement recommendations.
You effectively resolve issues by providing expert guidance and working cross-functionally with the necessary internal and external teams. You have a keen ability for identifying roadblocks and overcoming obstacles to increase growth while reducing costs. You have a strong and influential enterprise-wide presence and provide guidance to multiple teams within an office environment. You report directly to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Products for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:

  • Encourage company-wide excellence and success through active and consistent support of all efforts to deliver a superior client experience and product portfolio that satisfies the client's current and future needs.
  • Accurately identify client needs through in-depth research of market and competitor information.
  • Review product specifications and requirements to make informed recommendations on the nature and scope of product lines.
  • Ensure successful Enterprise Mobility product launches by appraising new product ideas and marketing programs.
  • Improve Enterprise Mobility brand and product awareness by evaluating the market, creating targeted marketing programs, developing promotions and recommending pricing.
  • Enhance the marketing strategies for enterprise Mobility product lines through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Research and present short- and long-term product sales forecasts and analyses for senior leadership to leverage.
  • Satisfy future client needs by partnering with product development teams to provide guidance on product enhancements and upgrades.


Required keys for success:

  • Five or more years of product development or product management experience working with Enterprise Mobility or similar technology.
  • Five or more years of experience with cable, telecommunications, software or online services.
  • Proficient in understanding complex, technical concepts and translating them into simplified product attributes.
  • Sound business acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret data to provide recommendations.
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced, competitive high-pressure environment.
  • Desire to understand and build technical knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
  • Extensive experience leading large, cross-functional teams to exceed business goals and results.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize tasks effectively and independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and project management software.
  • Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.


How you will stand out from the crowd:

  • Five or more years of Enterprise Mobility product development, product management, sales, sales engineering or similar experience.
  • Seven or more years of development or management experience in an Enterprise Mobility or similar product line.
  • Passionate about building a new product line from the ground up.
  • Proven leadership skills.


Your education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience(required).
  • Master's degree in a related field (preferred).

The pay for this position has a salary range of $96,100.00 to $170,500.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
