Senior Director, Product Management

We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management to lead strategy, product roadmaps and execution for all operational technology across Reformation.  In this highly impactful role, you will continue to scale our tech portfolio, while injecting innovation into our technology systems to create best in class capabilities for internal users and vendors as well as delightful end-user experiences.

You will partner with engineering on the creation and implementation of the product roadmap. This includes initiating and prioritizing projects with engineering, tracking product development, and developing product launch plans. You will also lead, coach and grow a team of highly talented product managers and product leaders, driving cross-organization collaboration with partner teams to align on product strategy and execution plans.


What You’ll Do:

Product Management:

  • Be the Technical Product Management lead for all operational systems
  • Drive the development of the Reformation Operations technology roadmap with focus on scalability, cost and service optimization 
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Inventory,  Planning, Production and Finance on business objectives and requirements and translate them into product roadmaps, features and timelines.
  • Ensure technology products and systems are of the highest quality and delivered on time to meet business objectives.
  • Work across the organization to develop novel solutions for complex problems.

Leadership, Culture and Team:

  • Lead and develop a team of high performance product managers that will scale and grow with the business
  • Create a culture of tech enablement across Reformation
  • Develop working relationships with other functions to create transparency into tech roadmap development

What You’ll Need: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of product management or related experience
  • Experience leading a team of product managers, and working on teams and influencing across product areas
  • Ability to set and drive the big picture strategy for a product team, while also providing detailed guidance on individual projects when necessary
  • Experience with operations systems and technology - planning, supply chain, fulfillment
  • ML and new tech trends knowledge
