About the team
The business banking team focuses on the go forward strategy related to our business digital and mobile offerings for commercial banking customers. The team consists of three other product managers focusing on current customers and the growth of the digital and mobile product package across FIS.
What you will be doing
Manage the product plan (roadmap) to ensure changes in market and business priorities including integration needs and technology advancements.
Establish and articulate a clear vision of the product plan that displays both market leadership and revenue growth for FIS – working across the matrixed organization including banking, payments, digital / mobile.
Brings forth risks, challenges, and opportunities.
Assist with supplying accurate information for Business Case studies.
Interlock with key stakeholders to ensure success of each project. – including entering Epics / Features into the appropriate tools for interlock with the development team.
Review Status Updates on timely delivery and provides business reasons for any changes/revisions made to roadmaps.
Engage and interacts with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups and requirements gathering sessions.
Provide product launch leadership, which includes working with clients to be early adopters of new functionality and working with marketing to create sales enablement materials and customer presentations for new products or rollouts of major releases.
Manage vendor relationships and partnership agreements key to the current strategic product delivery and future strategic initiatives across the B2B team
Coordinate and facilitates pilot activities acting as primary contact with client, securing pilot agreement and monitoring progress. Determines success criteria and recommends “go / no go” decision.
Act as escalation point for client issues that require product changes.
Presents product information and industry thought leadership to external audiences in webinars and client conferences
What you bring:
Thought leadership in the commercial digital and mobile space
Understanding of Fintechs and competition in the marketspace
The ability to drive a team to completion
The ability to meet and present to c-suite bank staff and their employees
Added bonus if you have:
Knowledge of the FIS Business Banking (B2B solution and mobile solutions)
Worked for ACI or Bottomline in the business banking area
