Job Description

Aetna Health Digital aims to transform health and wellness via products that enable consumer engagement and a best-in- class experience. This team is responsible for Aetna's digital strategy and all digital products; as well as the development road map and execution of the roadmap. A key part of this team is to build an integrated platform and underlying products to drive engagement and revolutionize health and wellness.
Aetna is taking on a major initiative to redesign and rebuild many of its customer facing digital assets. This effort will include a completely new approach to developing software within Aetna, using the latest design approaches, technologies, and processes.
As the Product Manager working with engineering teams and third parties, you will help manage and grow our digital platform and ecosystem.
*Partner with other product managers/owners, agile managers and leadership to mature the offering and ensure it exceeds the expectations of our customers and users.
*Grow your skill set and knowledge base by working alongside talented and passionate teammates from diverse backgrounds.
*Be the voice & champion of the consumer by driving the growth of the digital platform in a methodical orderly way. *Help drive the team to success by working across groups to drive discussion & engagement, create & track user stories in an agile software development life cycle. *Investigate ways, partnerships, technologies to drive user engagement and satisfaction.
*Ensure internal product stakeholders needs /expectations are met and promote transparency by helping communicate through SAFe/SCRUM practice.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in product development/management within a digital setting (ideally using agile development methods)
Minimum 5+ years of experience taking on end-to-end product ownership and successfully delivering results in a dynamic and complex environment
Minimum 5+ years in product management including managing roadmaps, business requirements, deliverables and balancing strategic thinking with execution tasks.• Minimum 3-5 years of experience using quantitative skills with the ability to link product design and features to strategic objectives while using hard data and metrics to substantiate assumptions and recommendations.
2+ years of demonstrated experience and the ability to communicate with all levels, especially Executive Management.
Able to travel up to 10% for PI Planning Meetings

Preferred Qualifications
-Healthcare experience
-Identity and Access Management
-Experience managing significant digital product initiatives. -Strong product management skills, strong technical knowledge of products and systems.
-Demonstrated ability to work closely on technical solutions for services across architecture, design and engineering. -Ability to break down technical problems into business and user needs, and communicate the problems and solutions across varying levels of stakeholder, technical to executive.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
